Our range of 2 inch Bi-LED projector lenses is designed for compact headlight housings where installation space is limited. At HIDS-DIRECT, we supply high-quality retrofit projector units engineered to deliver improved beam control, modern white illumination and reliable high and low beam performance.

The compact dimensions make these projectors particularly suitable for motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, cars, vans, 4x4s and custom headlamp builds where a larger 2.5 inch or 3 inch projector may not fit.

Each Bi-LED projector combines dipped and main beam functions within one compact unit, providing a focused low beam pattern and a more powerful high beam without requiring separate projector units.

PROBEAM™ Rear-Base Mounting Design

Our current 2 inch projector range features the PROBEAM™ rear-base mounting system. This compact design is supplied with adaptor bases resembling common H4, H7 and H8/H9/H11 bulb mounting arrangements, helping installers adapt the projector to a wider range of custom retrofit headlamp projects.

The rear-base configuration is designed to simplify positioning compared with fully custom side-bracket installations. However, these projectors remain specialist retrofit components and are not direct replacement headlight bulbs.

Important Installation Information

These projector units are not plug-and-play bulb replacements. Installation will normally require the headlamp assembly to be removed and opened so the projector can be mounted securely inside the housing.

Depending on the vehicle and headlamp design, installation may require custom mounting, wiring, internal modification, sealing and beam alignment. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

The supplied H4, H7 and H8/H9/H11-style adaptor bases assist with retrofit installation but do not guarantee direct compatibility with every headlamp using those bulb types.
