We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HIDS Direct. If for any reason you are not, please read our returns policy below.

Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you change your mind:

• Please return the item within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original condition and with all packaging/labels intact.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• A full refund of the product price will be issued once we receive the goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. In this case:

• Please contact us and return the goods using a tracked service within 30 days.
• A full refund including postage costs will be issued once we confirm the fault.

Warranty Period

All products from HIDS Direct include a 1-year warranty. If your item develops a fault during this period:

• Return the product with a completed HIDS Direct returns form (or a covering letter with invoice number and fault details).
• Once the faulty part has been received and tested, we will send a replacement.
• Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, alterations, or unauthorised repairs.

We recommend using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or another tracked service for your protection.
